Common questions
Where does the permit data actually come from?
Ireland's Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment publishes every approved employment permit. We pull it directly and refresh it on a schedule, not a one-off import.
Does a permit history guarantee I'll get sponsored?
No. Employer history is company context only. Vacancy support, occupation, salary, hours, contract, your eligibility and the employer's final decision all matter separately.
What if a company isn't in the register?
Some employers sponsor for the first time, or the role you're looking at doesn't need one. A missing history is shown as such rather than hidden or guessed at.
Is the job actually posted by the employer, or scraped?
Both, labelled honestly. Employer-posted roles carry a Verified Employer badge. That badge proves the company account passed review; permit support is shown separately for each vacancy. Scraped listings link to the original source.
Does using the tracker cost anything?
